Serving our communities means we have developed various school's programmes including the Faith & Football Social Enterprise and Business Challenge. The Challenge is for Year 9 secondary school students who create a company made up of teams of 4-6.  They then plan and develop a trading business over a 4 month period.

Students are required to demonstrate enterprise skills including teamwork, communication, problem solving, risk taking, sales and marketing together with financial and economic literacy.

The Social Enterprise & Business Challenge has schools participating from Portsmouth, Southampton and Birmingham. Each school is allocated a Faith & Football Christian "Business Mentor" who hosts business surgeries for team members imparting business principles and life skills. The programme and experience expands the horizons of young people helping to equip them for life after school. The prize for the winning team is a visit to India to see at first hand the work of Faith & Football in that country, a life changing experience.

The Faith & Football Team promote the Challenge in the Autumn Term through Year 9 Assemblies with an official launch in January of each year.  Halfway through the 4 month Challenge the teams take part in a 'real life' trading day at the Cascades Shopping Centre,Portsmouth promoting and selling their products to the public.
