Our Leadership Academy is an exciting extension to the existing Business and Enterprise programmes already successfully operated by the charity.
 
The Leadership Academy works with local commercial and educational partners to develop students with entrepreneurial and leadership potential to become not only “work ready” but “life ready”.

As a Christian charity there is a strong emphasis on conducting enterprise and business on ethical and philanthropic lines helping to create students who have a true perspective and appreciation of a value driven life.
 
Scholarships for entry to the Academy will be awarded to those who have shown exceptional entrepreneurial and leadership skills in our Social Enterprise and Business Challenge in Year 9 who will already have had experience in forming and running a successful business.

The course is two hours each week for an academic year.  The curriculum allows students to engage in out of the classroom experiences to further their skills through team challenges, guest speakers and training such as public speaking and Myers Briggs Personality Profiling.
